Scope of Works
- Supply and install 10mm Plasterboard to Steel ceilings joist including flushing of all joints.
- Supply and install 10mm WR board to Porch & Alfresco Steel ceilings joist including flushing of all joints.
- Supply and install 10mm Plasterboard to Steel walls and party walls including flushing to all joints.
- Supply and install 10mm WR plasterboard at half height to WC and Laundry tap penetration walls only.
- Supply and install 10mm WR board to Bathrooms and Ensuite wall including all flushing and internal corner angles.
- Exc Ezy Reveals
- Any return work (to be calculated or quoted as schedule of returns if req)
- Any works to outside areas, soffit ceiling at front of garage, access hatches, Skylights, CJ's, sound sealant, any items not mentioned above
Any extra works outside of this scope of works will require a written confirmation upon acceptance, extra costs apply.
General Notes about Project Scope
This quote is based on the construction drawings and details supplied and does not include any features or finishes not nominated on those drawings or specifications. It assumes all work will be performed continuously and makes no allowance for masonry fixing, for out-of-sequence construction or return visits to site due to incomplete or inaccessible work. Work will be completed to a Level 4 finish.
We do not accept responsibility for rectification of defects, where painting of the second coat has commenced. All defects must be rectified after completion of the first coat and prior to the application of the second coat. We must be notified prior to the application of the second coat.
- Packers to window reveals.
- Any timber frame work: - It is imperative that the framing is true and correct.
- All plates, studs and joists must be in true alignment. Framing members that are out of alignment must be trimmed, packed or straightened (by others) before fixing plasterboard.
- Lining to stairs. (unless specified in quotation)
- Making good to existing residence or return work unless otherwise specified in quotation
- Application of Wet Area Flexible Membrane Systems.
- Removal of waste: - All off cuts placed in the bin provided / or stacked in one pile.
- Warranty to any works on outside areas. (eg Alfresco)

Terms & Conditions
Quotation Validity: This quotation is valid for 14 days from the date of this quote. We reserve the right to re-quote where this quotation is not accepted within this period.
Variations: Any work additional to the work or any alteration to or deletions from the work shall be a "variation". Any subsequent variations to the details supplied will be subject to an adjustment of the above quotation value.
Completion: This quotation is based on all works being completed at the one time. Any works that are not nominated individually to be completed at a later stage within the quotation will be charged accordingly.
Builder Responsibility: It is the builder's responsibility to ensure that this quotation meets specification prior to acceptance.
Delays: We shall not be liable to pay any costs, expenses, claims or losses sustained or incurred by the Builder, as a result of any delays to the above project.
Materials Ownership: All materials delivered and or installed on site will remain the property of Bonoli Plasterboard until full payment of the contract value has been received and we reserve the right to remove all material including material installed if such payment is not completed within the timeframe outlined in the contract at our own discretion.
Site Access: Builder to ensure site is accessible on day of delivery of plasterboard, as additional costs may be incurred if load is returned.
Payment Guarantee: Signing of this acceptance or providing a purchase order is engagement of a secured personal guarantee contract on behalf of the Company/persons that the agreed amount will be paid in full in the occurrence of any administration or liquidation proceedings and all responsible for this have been made aware and are in agreement with the terms outlined.
Contract Terms: This quotation agreement over-rides any terms and conditions set by the persons/company signing and or providing orders unconditional.
Legal Claims: All claims will be made under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 2009

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
Materials: All materials and supplies required for the maintenance work are included in the quoted price unless otherwise specified.
Access: Client to ensure site access is available at the scheduled time. Any delays due to access issues may incur additional charges.
Warranty: All maintenance work is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion against defects in workmanship.
